We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our identity solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plansto achieve revenue targets and expand market share, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new logos.
  • Identify and engage potential clientsthrough proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessmentsto understand client requirements and present tailored identity solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrationsand provide detailed explanations of our identity solutions, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teamsto align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activitiesto identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposalsand negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reportsto senior management, offering insights into market dynamics and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling identity solutions or related services, with a proven track record ofhunting for new businessand achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with identity solutions providers.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the identity solutions space.
