Your Role - Responsible for financial reports, day to day journal activity, reconciliations, and other finance functions with the Group - Prepare monthly journal entries as a part of financial close process - Manage and support Accounts Receivable as well as Accounts Payable - Assist vendor inquiries when necessary - Facilitate and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages including Intercompany -Elimination Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts - Analyze all accruals and prepaids - Asset Management and reconciliation - Updating and cleansing ERP system; ERP process investigation - Support various internal and external audit requirements - Review and monitor the status of ICE - our intercompany reporting tool - Monitor and offer support to our BPO partner - Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures as well as the training as needed - Assist tax department in preparing tax schedules - Assist with cost analysis for ACCL and supported companies - Participate in ACCL Finance and Accounting projects as needed - Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary. - Facilitate and support the monthly billing for ACCL and supported companies, as well as perform revenue and cost analysis - Support other functions of the Finance group - Be able to meet deadlines as required by the Group - Recommend improvements to finance and accounting processes, inclusive of leveraging technology to improve timeliness and accuracy of reporting - Work as a team to fill all gaps and/or backup as needed - Sorting mail, scanning documents, printing, and mailing of checks - Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers. - Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. - Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Supervisory Responsibility None. Experience 5-10 years accounting experience and a good knowledge of MS Office applications. Education Associates and/or University Degree with emphasis in accounting. Skills High ability to work in teams and encourage collaboration. Openness to change and ability to be proactive. Able to communicate with impact. Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas and find potential areas of opportunity.
