*Description*
1.IT Governance (35%) *Support and assist in the design and oversight of the IT Governance plan, process, and reporting. *Assist in the oversight and ensure enterprise compliance with IT Governance program. Consult with individual business units and provide guidance for maintaining compliance with IT Governance program. Ensure technology risks are properly identified, managed and mitigated across enterprise. *Develop and maintain IT Governance and FHB IT policies and processes for overall Enterprise. *Provide guidance and facilitate training to business units to ensure awareness of and compliance with IT Governance program and associated policies/procedures. *Develop repeatable and manageable processes for oversight, monitoring and escalation to ensure effectiveness of IT Governance program, controls and procedures. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the IT Governance program through innovation with tangible value to the organization and improve risk management. 2.Compliance Oversight (35%) *Support IT activities related to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) requirements, Inter-Agency guidelines including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and bank IT policies and procedures. *Support and assist in the development and reporting of compliance metrics and reporting. Ensure quality review of metrics and validate accuracy of reports. *Assess compliance against IT policies and procedures by regularly testing operational controls and reviewing results/outputs. *Oversee tracking and reporting of remediation measures that have been taken to address deficiencies identified in monitoring reviews, self-assessments, automated assessments, examinations and audits (internal and external). 3.Risk Management (20%) *Monitor, analyze and respond to regulatory technology management changes issued by the FDIC, FRB, FFIEC and other regulatory agencies as applicable to FHB and holding company by completing reviews, facilitating training, and cross communication among stakeholders. *Recommend mitigating and/or compensating controls and provide guidance to minimize risk exposure and improve the effectiveness of controls. *Provide guidance and facilitate training for risk management, including risk identification and mitigation. *Collate, prepare and maintain management reports for key IT activities. Identify and assess risk information provided by various areas for solutions delivery, audit/compliance, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Operations Services. Validate for accuracy and appropriateness. Format template and maintain documents for presentation to senior management and board of directors. Manage timing and schedules for reporting and key events/due dates. 4.Audit Coordination (10%) *Coordinate regulatory examinations for IT and business unit managers and staff. Ensure audit scope is clearly defined and understood for each engagement. Facilitate communication and direct activities for each engagement. *Develop and conduct education programs for IT Governance and other related activities in conjunction with bank and regulatory requirements including reporting. Point of contact for business units requesting assistance with IT compliance. *Skills* Risk management, Compliance, Audit, Third party risk, Risk assessment, Risk analysis, Knowledge of Archer is a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. state and federal holidays, on site gym and affordable cafeteria. parking is affordable and a good retirement program with 7% match. *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Honolulu,HI. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Mar 21, 2025.
