The Director of Reporting and Analytics is responsible for report writing and maintenance; SQL data table maintenance and development; Data Team project management and procedure documentation for the fulfillment of internal, compliance, and other external reporting requirements as well as ad hoc requests; data quality assurance process development and implementation; and advanced data analytics, dashboarding and visualizations.

Salary Range: $73,695 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in a field related to data analytics and/or higher education.

  • At least three years of experience in higher education, including experience working with a student information system.

  • Experience with compliance reporting, report building, data table maintenance, advanced data analysis and visualization, and project management.

  • Strong skills in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, advanced functions in Excel, and written and verbal communication. Familiarity with research methodology, procedure documentation, and data quality assurance practices.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with Workday Student, Workday Report Writing, and PRISM
