Coke Florida is looking for a Parts Specialist based out of our Tampa location. We're currently looking for 8:00AM to 5:00PM or 9:00AM to 6:00PM shift, working Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for executing processes to ensure Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Field Service receives the parts necessary to achieve their customer service mission. This role is responsible for supporting an assigned market in a variety of parts-related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Source parts for parts alerts. Including doing market searches for existing inventory prior to placing purchase order to supplier
  • Hold for Part (HFP) recovery support for emergency and urgent calls including tracking part shipments and coordinating with customer, dispatch, technician, and/or FSS to get return call scheduled and completed
  • Provide service call support including market searches and transfers
  • Provide inventory transaction support including manual adjustments and inventory counts
  • Provide purchase order management support including pushing POs to handhelds; performing goods receipts; PO modifications; RMA returns

For this role, you will need:


  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of prior customer support experience; with experience providing phone support, Multi system access, Customer inquiry resolution and web-based ordering
  • Basic Excel skills

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:


  • 2+ years of procurement and/or parts management; 2+ years Field Service or MRC experience
  • Capability to learn and utilize multiple software packages such as SAP
  • Ability to work on multiple challenges at the same time
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
  • Commitment to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners for adherence to defined process and policy
  • Strong attention to detail
