TEKsystems is actively hiring a Customer Service Supervisor role for a manufacturing company in Plymouth, MN! This is a Direct Placement opportunity that can pay $80K - 90K! Start Date: March 31st Job Description Serve as a supervisor to 6 direct reports - oversee daily operations of team who work on quotations for spare part replacements at customer sites Provide training, coaching, mentoring to team members on process and improvements Optimize current SOP's, identify areas for improvement for efficiency and effectiveness; manage expectations for change management Support team with any escalated calls or issues Drive continuous improvement within department and CSR's role Ensure team members are meeting standardized metrics Run and monitor department KPI's Work with internal leadership team to collaborate on bettering the department for the company Ensure proper documentation for company products and training manuals Ongoing education on company products to better serve as a resource to team members Skills Customer service, manufacturing, SAP, Customer support, Management skills, Call center, Help desk Top Skills Details Customer service, manufacturing, SAP, Customer support, Management skills Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma 4+ years of management/supervisor experience within call center/customer service department 1+ years of working a customer facing role within a manufacturing/industrial/distribution/machine/electrical component company 2+ years of ERP systems experience (preferred SAP, but it can be any system Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug benefits, wellbeing program, short and long-term disability benefits/insurance, 401(K) savings plan with 6% company contribution, HSA with company contribution, FSAs, 15 days vacation, sick time, maternity and paternity leave Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Plymouth,MN.
