Job Description Vanir Construction Management, Inc. currently has a unique opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization. The position of Senior Project Director (Healthcare) will work collaboratively with colleagues and our existing client(s) to deliver intelligent solutions that ensure quality project delivery. This position will also be responsible for leading our PNW area in expanding our opportunities in the healthcare market. This individual will be responsible for providing oversight on the planning, design, and delivery for programs as well as contribute to the development of project policies, standards, and procedures. Will supervise Project Directors, Managers, Construction Managers and other project staff as assigned. Responsible for client interface, scope, schedule, and budget tasks as the senior leadership in the field. This position will be based in the Greater Seattle area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $150,00-$226,000.
