About The Role
This role is a Temporary role for an estimated timeframe of 90 days. Summary The IT Asset Inventory and Shipping Specialist will perform shipping and receiving and inventory control activities in the IT department. They will maintain accurate records and track shipments of incoming and outgoing computer equipment and supplies. Through digital and manual counting you will identify discrepancies with inventory and update reports and database appropriately. This is a Corporate position located in Missoula, MT. The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Duties and Responsibilities
- Package computer equipment for shipping
- Receive and inspect returned equipment
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
- Updating database with incoming and outgoing equipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain all safety protocols while using equipment and tools
- Review, update, and maintain procurement requests until they are closed, including returns.
- Assist with tracking disposals shipments and update shipment notifications
- Maintains a collaborative working relationship with other teams, departments, and vendors to ensure the ongoing success of IT asset management.
- Support the IT Purchasing Coordinator and IT Procurement and Disposition Coordinator and act as a backup for either/both of these positions when needed
- Assist the IT Asset Manager with various IT projects and deployments

Travel |
Up to 10% travel is required. Travel is not expected but may be necessary for onsite training and infrequent project work. The employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing. |
