U.S. Pavement is seeking the following personnel for the 2025 Season and beyond within our Asphalt & Concrete Divisions

    CDL A Drivers

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials such as gravel, concrete, lumber, and machinery onto the truck and delivering them to designated construction sites
  • Safely operating large trucks like dump trucks, flatbeds, or mixer trucks, including maneuvering in tight spaces on construction sites.
  • Following site maps and directions to reach specific drop-off points within construction sites.
  • Performing thorough pre-shift inspections of the truck, checking tire pressure, lights, brakes, and fluid levels to ensure safe operation.
  • Properly securing cargo using tie-downs and tarps to prevent shifting during transport.
  • Coordinating with construction crews and dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type
  • Clean driving record
