Title: HR Talent Generalist
Location: Houston, Texas (Katy area)
Salary: $90,000 - $145,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Human Resources (HR) Talent Generalist is part of the Organizational Development team responsible for HR processes used in talent management and talent development. You will use your HR expertise and process knowledge to continuously improve performance management, talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, career development, team development, and development planning processes. This role helps to manage and streamline processes, facilitates programs and services, and helps to analyze data outputs to make recommendations for improved HR strategic planning.
HR Talent Generalist Essential Job Functions:
- Facilitate and optimize end-to-end organizational development HR processes, as assigned.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR process improvements.
- Design and implement tailored organizational development solutions to close development gaps, enhance performance, and improve effectiveness.
- Manage and facilitate organizational development programs and services that improve organizational capabilities and organizational readiness.
- Support the design and collection of organizational development data to measure and monitor effectiveness.
- Develop professional knowledge, certifications, and expertise that contribute to organizational development strategies and objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and trends to HR stakeholders and leaders which support informed decision-making regarding talent strategies and organizational effectiveness.
HR Talent Generalist Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development/Management, or an HR-related discipline; Masters degree* in a relevant HR field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, including directly implementing various talent processes with clients.
- Demonstrated use of full-range of HR processes such as performance management, talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, career development, and team development to gather and interpret data accurately using HR expert knowledge to develop meaningful HR strategies and business recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities include balancing stakeholders, being resilient, driving results, communicating effectively, planning and aligning, strategic mindset, and situational adaptability.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to capture and measure talent outputs; experience with business analytics and data visualization tools preferred.
- Experienced user of Microsoft 365 Product Suite.
- Workday experience strongly preferred; Workday Adaptive Planning module experience strongly preferred.
- Limited travel is required. Must possess a valid US Driver's license.
- The ability and willingness to relocate within Olin to other locations in the future is strongly preferred.
