Medical Receptionist - Medical Call Center Internal Medicine Gaithersburg, MD Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: 1 solid years of medical office private practice experience Strong scheduling experience ECW experience a plus Comfortable working in a high volume call center environment with strong phone experience Strong experience answering phones and providing customer service support Experience scheduling procedures Experience working in primary care a plus Experience explaining procedures to patients Acting as a liaison between patients and staff Strong documentation skills Experience in a medical call center a plus Comfortable translating for Spanish speaking patients Ability to provide current health screens DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Call Center Scheduler include but are not limited to the following: Answer phones and provide customer service support Schedule procedures Explain procedures to patients Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff Document and update patient information in EMR Handle translations for Spanish Speaking candidates *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
