Hours: Clinic hours are 7am-6:30pm, Monday through Thursday and 7am-5pm Fridays. This role will require the therapist to work a minimum of two evening shifts to 6:30 pm.
We are seeking a speech therapist for pediatric care specifically. Preferably, a comprehensive background in speech and language skills in the pediatric patient population, including medically complex, is imperative. Experience in feeding and swallowing for newborns and infants would be a benefit as well, with feeding experience into childhood a bonus. May include some home therapy visits, own car is required.

About Us:

The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally, we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialty services.


What You Will Do:

Evaluated individuals referred for speech pathology services.Establishes a speech and language pathology diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.

What you will need:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or higher.
  • Completed clinical fellowship year of schooling.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist WI License.
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Previous speech language pathology experience preferred.
