SALARY RANGE: $121,992 -232,700 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Project Manager, IODT (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Support Nokia's 5G and LTE products by driving device interoperability development testing with key chipset vendors. Coordinate with departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products that include both LTE and 5G products and features. Lead interoperability project technical discussions and troubleshooting activities with Research & Development (R&D), Chipset partners and Customer. Support team with feature training and competency build up, test execution, site solution and configurations, log analysis and troubleshooting to resolve critical and complex interoperability issues. Support projects from inception to completion, including tracking and evaluation of project performance. Provide project planning, test preparation and deliver quality test specification plan for execution. Assist with assessing risks and initiates mitigation plans. Coordinate project review and status meetings and communicates project status. #LI-DNI

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of work experience with the following: Interworking and implementation of 3GPP standards based on 5G/4G/3G/2G RAN and Core network element and its interaction with the 3GPP Standards based Device to establish interoperability of the complete Mobile Network system; Analyzing UE and network side logs to troubleshoot issues to facilitate issue resolution; LTE/5G RRM features; L1/L2/L3 RRC protocol; and Protocol troubleshooting using Wireshark, TTI Trace analyzer, and QXDM (Qualcomm).

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted, depending on business need.
