- Support the Firmwide Engineering zero-based budgeting process, including strategy and resource optimization
- Help Engineering leadership define prioritization and accelerate technology transformation
- Develop a broad understanding of the Engineering activities and the complexities and opportunities surrounding its ambitious business priorities.
- Create value rooted in data-driven insights, proven problem-solving methodologies, and cross-team collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering Division and the Engineering horizontal on understanding and defining business drivers; analyzing and forecasting engineering spend
- Drive efforts to identify areas where we can better leverage technology to create operational efficiencies and automate processes.
- Partner with stakeholders in enhancing and optimizing firmwide processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in strategy, business management, finance, or engineering.
- Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization.
- Prior experience working within a technology environment preferred.
- Deep proficiency in management, communication, engineering, and organizational development.
- Strong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving outcomes in complex, cross-functional business situations.
- Proficiency in project or program management, including the ability to create outcome-driven plans and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of coordinating concurrent activities with multiple interdependencies across several teams.
- Experience mapping strategic objectives, building frameworks and presentations, designing materials for senior leadership review and buy-in.
- Proven ability to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to complex organizational and business issues.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and navigate change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering/Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Data analysis and visualization experience is preferred, including experience in PowerPoint, Excel and other tool sets.
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends relevant to organizational goals and interpret data findings in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills (e.g., memos, leadership/board decks).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve business problems efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively.
- Ability to work closely with senior-level sponsors and wide range of stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities, and measures of strategic initiatives.

In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
