You'll partner closely with Engineering senior leadership to solve complex organizational and business challenges to align Engineering with its rapidly changing environment and increase engagement with engineers and segment leaders. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential:



  • Support Engineering leadership processes and meetings, and other tasks for Strategy and Management team
  • Develop a broad understanding of the Engineering organization and the complexities and opportunities surrounding its ambitious business priorities.
  • Help Engineering leadership define strategy and accelerate technological transformation through skilled communication.
  • Create value rooted in data-driven insights, proven problem-solving methodologies, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem solving ability to transform abstract ideas into solutions



Basic Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree in business, consulting, communications, or engineering is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in technology or the financial sector with prior experience working within an engineering environment preferred.
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities and experience analyzing data to draw conclusions; (Excel and PowerPoint, financial modeling experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships by supporting teams across the organization
  • Ability to create outcome-driven plans and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to establish cross-team alignment and buy-in to elevate engineers.
  • Ability to work closely with senior-level sponsors and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities, and measures of strategic projects.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85,000-$140,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
