Identify strategic territories through customer analysis and industry trends to determine where ChampionX should have an increased physical presence. Analyze financial, operational, legal, and technical feasibility of expanding operations and create business cases for C-Suite approval, working with internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress against plans, identifying and addressing any issues that arise. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders. Facilitate project team meetings, including regular check-ins and status updates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements. Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring all changes are appropriately documented and communicated. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned. Prepare and submit grant applications as needed, coordinating input from Permian leadership team. Liaison with funding source(s), to inform, advocate, clarify needs, follow up on applications. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Managing facilities moves including construction. 25-30% domestic travel required.
