Position Summary The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center (UNMCCC) and the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the UNM School of Medicine, invite applications from physicians or physician scientists with training and expertise in medical oncology and a focused interest in clinical care, clinical and translational research, and clinical trials for patients with breast malignancies. The successful applicant will participate in the multidisciplinary clinical care of patients and in the design and conduct of cancer clinical trials as a member of the UNMCCC Multidisciplinary Working Group in Breast Malignancies. These are Open Rank, Open Track positions. Faculty rank and appointment will be commensurate with accomplishments. The successful applicants will have fellowship training or experience in the clinical care of breast cancers and strong interest in the development of clinical trials, precision medicine, and immune therapies for breast cancer. Emphasis is placed on the ability to participate in multidisciplinary clinical trial teams, collaborate with laboratory and population science investigators, and participate in the teaching mission of the Division and the UNMCCC.
