Systems Engineer - Common Weapon Launcher
- 2 years of experience with the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL).
- 2 years of experience with computer System architectures, Cyber security, Linux, or embedded operating systems.
- As a Systems Engineer - Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) (Senior Systems Engineer), you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the system engineering and functional design of the system under development, addressing topics such as payload integration, weapon launch interlocks, weapon simulation, message exchanges, user interfaces, and cyber security.
- As a member of the system engineering team, the candidate will help ensure functional and technical specifications and standards are complete and accurate, delivered as needed to support customer review and approval, to support system development and test.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with computer System architectures, Cyber security, Linux, or embedded operating systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree.
- Agile experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
- Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
- Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
