Field Marketing Intern

Location: Remote, USA (Birmingham, MI OR Alpharetta, GA)

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025

Summary

OneStream is looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing 2025 internship opportunities. Our North America Program runs from Monday, June 9th 2025 - Friday, August 15th 2025. OneStream is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our North America Field Marketing (NAFM) team. This 10-week summer internship provides practical experience in field marketing, event planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies within a dynamic corporate setting. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals, contribute directly to key marketing initiatives, and gain exposure to strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to jumpstart their career with hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assist the North America Field Marketing (NAFM) team in completing building programs and completing program tasks.
  • Pre-draft promotional materials for use in field program execution.
  • Help create project codes and manage team budgets.
  • Work with vendors to book events and support NAFM when they are working with vendors.
  • Experience on-site event execution.
  • Learn SFDC reporting and use it to gain insights into NAFM programs and share results with the team.
  • Organize and clean-up team folders and documentation in teams and Canva.


      Required Education and Experience



      • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
      • 3.0 GPA or higher.
      • Junior or Senior - level students.


      Preferred Education and Experience



      • Previous internship or work experience in Marketing is nice to have but not required.


      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



      • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
      • Experience or interest in tools like Canva, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
