Starkey is hiring an Sr. Financial Analyst for our Global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with leaders across the organization to evaluate and forecast financial information, impacting strategy and bottom-line performance. This position involves leading the budgeting and forecasting process, providing advanced decision support, and driving process improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes within your responsibility
* Provide decision support for operational and strategic initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders
* Analyze operational and financial data/metrics to drive financial performance and identify areas for
improvement
* Develop and maintain financial reports, financial models and business cases
* Maintain thorough knowledge of financial data/information sources
* Work with Controllership team to ensure alignment of financial impacts
* Lead cross-functional projects within the organization to support strategic initiatives or optimize systems and
processes
* Mentoring of other, more junior Financial Analysts
* Other projects/responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • MBA or CPA preferred


Experience



  • 5+ years related work experience


Knowledge / Technical Requirements

* Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
* P&L analysis to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
* Proficiency with a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
* Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
* Thorough knowledge of business and planning processes required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay range for this position is between $88,550 - $120,750 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
