We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/ Manager to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves developing detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. * Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment with project objectives. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage resources effectively to meet project goals. * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their alignment and support. * Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly. * Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. * Implement lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve program management processes. * Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, including status updates and risk management. Qualifications: * PMP certification is highly desirable but not required * Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
