Description
We are looking for an experienced Government and Cost Accountant to join our team in the Meriden, CT office. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Finance Manager to help ensure the financial integrity of government contracts, manage cost structures, and support our mission of excellence in radiation detection and protection. Tasks and Responsibilities In this important role, you will take ownership of various accounting and compliance functions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory adherence and provide financial insights. Responsibilities include:
In addition to Government activities, this role will also assist with general cost accounting activities, including but not limited to:

Education
Bachelors of Accounting (required)
Experience
3-5 years of experience in government or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or technical industry. (required)
