Social Worker - BEST/STRIVE Programs - Station Middle School

• Master's Degree in Social Work

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Work Endorsement

• Experience working with students with significant disabilities, autism, behavioral challenges, and/or therapeutic settings preferred

• Training in trauma-informed practices, functional communication, crisis intervention, and behavior management preferred

• Must be trained or willing to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and engage in physical management, if/when needed, as part of the crisis team

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students with high-intensity needs
