Position Summary Serve as a key member of the Office of the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Global Enrollment Management and Student Success (GEMSS), responsible for the coordination of key activities and functions of the office. Provide administrative partnership and direction for the SVP's strategic planning initiatives and data-driven plans, all scheduling, the office's budget and financial planning, and special projects as assigned. Manage and advise the SVP and office staff on day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining confidentiality, and optimizing use of available resources. Interact and coordinate with the heads of the division and monitor linkages with the SVP and other senior administrative officers to ensure responsiveness. Oversee all ongoing projects supporting the SVP's agenda to ensure that all are effectively moving according to planned objectives, established milestones, and measurement criteria. Serve as the lead to develop internal and external communications on behalf of the SVP and manage events planning when appropriate. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
