We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager with a background in software engineering. This is a cleared position supporting a government customer, all applicants* need an active DoD secret clearance at a minimum. * Applicants without a clearance will not proceed in the screening process.

On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to manage a development team to focus on sprint goals for multiple models, ensuring each project is successfully progressed. Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you'll manage and report progress on key tasks to help your team accomplish sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. In this role, you'll directly impact modeling and simulation of tactical systems for the Intelligence Community. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve national security. You Have: 3+ years of experience writing software with software development tools that support SDLC, such as Jira and Confluence Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements for multiple, simultaneous, and related models Experience driving client delivery, engaging with client management, and resource management, including coordinating and developing technical integrated master schedule Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team, or 7+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with business process improvement and collaborating with technical staff and engineers Experience with RF technologies and modeling and simulation Experience with the acquisition lifecycle process, including supporting PDR, CDR, TRR, SRR, or FDR Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of agency or Intelligence Community and IT infrastructures Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate both in-person and virtually, including on the telephone, in video conferences, and with developing documentation TS/SCI clearance Certified Scrum Master(CSM)Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification System Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification, including ASEP or CSEP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. *Skills* software development, project management, Modeling and Simulation, Secret Clearance, Sdlc, scheduling, automation testing *Top Skills Details* software development, project management ,Modeling and Simulation, Secret Clearance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This team is very hardworking. The program is considered critical by the government, so they want someone who is highly invested. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
