Overview

As a Trust and Agency Services (TAS) and Securities Services (SeS) Global Business Manager you will be responsible for strategy and change you will partner with our global businesses across TAS and SES. You will support the management of these businesses in developing and executing their strategy as well as helping drive both ad-hoc and strategic change initiatives. You will have extensive exposure to senior management and visibility across a global business portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategy development and change execution across TAS and SeS businesses

  • Deliver key presentations and updates to senior management and governance forums

  • Provide data driven insights and reports to support senior management decision making

  • Interact with wider bank colleagues including responding to ad-hoc requests

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and ad-hoc change projects

  • Work with stakeholders across seniorities from around the world

How You'll Lead

  • You'll interact with stakeholders across the world both across our businesses and the wider Corporate Bank and Deutsche Bank group

  • You'll support and influence senior management of these businesses

  • You'll manage virtual teams to execute on strategic and ad hoc tasks

Skills You'll Need

  • Relevant experience in financial services, management consultancy or change execution

  • Understanding of financial services industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or beyond

  • Understanding of Trust and Agency Services and Securities Services

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with senior leadership / management

  • Understanding of handling confidential / sensitive information

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of strategic frameworks and tools (e.g. SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard). Strategic development or change execution experience

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
