UMKC School of Law Job Description
The Podcast Production Assistant helps manage the production of the NeLI Podcast (https://ediscoveryleadership.org/index.php/nelipod). In this monthly interview program, NeLI board members interview judges, practitioners, and vendors on general topics related to electronic discovery and legal technology. The National eDiscovery Leadership Institute (NeLI) was formed in 2014 at UMKC Law to provide high-quality educational opportunities to judges and legal professionals specifically focused on electronically stored information (ESI) and encourage cooperation between the bench and the bar. In addition to supporting NeLI Pod, the assistant will also contribute to other creative projects at the law school, including but not limited to multimedia content creation, video production, graphic design, and digital storytelling initiatives. This position is part time with a flexible work schedule subject to studio recording needs. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary range starts at $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
