Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am-6pm Pay : $20.00/hr. plus $2/hr shift differential Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off 8 Paid holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: Full medical, dental and vision 401K Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after one year of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Responsibilities Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal. Shake-out and staging of parts. Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeleton. Utilizing a forklift to Load Material and off-load cut parts. Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper. Troubleshooting machine alarms. May use fork truck to load materials. Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations.
