Job Overview The Senior Director, Organization Capability fosters a culture of leadership excellence and continuous learning, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in a competitive business environment. This leader enhances the company's leadership capabilities and strengthens its overall learning culture. In addition to driving leadership development, the role builds critical capabilities essential for executing the company's strategic vision, A Bold New Chapter. Based in New York City at the Herald Square offices, this position operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring in-office presence as needed. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about the organization's leadership and learning needs. Expertise in aligning development programs with long-term goals. Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development best practices. Proficiency in leveraging technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of development programs. Ability to use data to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI on learning initiatives. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and influence and convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Collaboration and Relationship Building: Strong people skills to build relationships with executives, managers, and employees. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without direct authority. Project Management: Proven project management skills to oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of multiple programs. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Who You Are
