What We Do First American Strategic Technology Team is searching for an energetic, self-motivated Technical Product Manager who is excited to work through problem statements and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value. This pivotal role will help drive our innovative approach in building and delivering advanced solutions for our customers and partners. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and user experience design teams to develop modern solutions for our core business. This person will define and communicate strategy as well as make day-to-day decisions regarding product development and releases.

What You'll Do:

  • Define product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and a long-term vision for your area of ownership.
  • Analyze the market and identify revenue opportunities, seeking out and validating new, revenue-driving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved and maintained, while optimizing customer value.
  • Craft KPIs, develop a product roadmap, and write user stories/requirements for your areas of ownership.
  • Actively contribute to cultivating a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
  • Support a comprehensive testing strategy, validating solutions through quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of new features and determine necessary enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of software/technology Product Management experience or equivalent experience in building enterprise software or related technology functions.
  • Proven track record in software/technology product management and delivering features in an iterative and fast-paced environment.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills that bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.
  • Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risks, and demonstrate those insights meaningfully.
  • Expert in user centered design methodologies, agile development, and process optimization in established and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Natural Language Process (NLP), Predictive and Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML)
  • Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or insurance industries is a plus.

Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
