IT Solutions Engineer

Cognizant is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer for a remote full-time opportunity. The candidate can be located anywhere in the US and must have valid work authorization.

The salary range for this role is between $134,000 to $154,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate. All applicants must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities:

* Perform Lifecycle installations and decommissions.

* Configuration and installation of new firewall devices per standards.
Change Request Scheduling.
Collaboration with project team to develop schedule and ensure business requirements are met
Decommissioning of old hardware.

* Perform OS upgrades of PAN Firewalls.

* Troubleshoot issues when required.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewall, F5 ADC
Minimum 2 years of IT engineering design and/or technical project implementation experience, with focus on security projects.
CISSP certification, Palo Alto Networks or F5 Certifications preferred.
