JOB SUMMARY |
Organizes and verifies data and inputs into the payroll system. Updates payroll and benefits records and processes routine changes to employee records. Responds to pay-related and other HR inquiries from staff. Researches and resolves errors or omissions. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- A working knowledge of office practices and procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in a business-related discipline; and
- Two years' experience in human resources, accounting, an office setting, or customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Inputs employee data such as personal information, job related records and appropriate deductions. Reviews and approves employee self-service entries and uploads required data or documents.
- Maintains knowledge of multiple accounting/payroll processing systems and interpretation of differences in each system.
- Maintains knowledge of benefits, policies, and practices and applies knowledge to the day-to-day transactions.
- Interprets various legal documents to ensure compliance (i.e. garnishments, levies, child support orders, etc.).
- Reviews approved transaction requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with employee benefit laws and regulations.
- Verifies input to ensure highest degree of accuracy.
- Provides general administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, filing, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assists in the coordination of HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Investigates various discrepancy reports from third party vendors and implements the necessary corrections.
- Performs basic research; investigates and answers questions related to specific transactions; informing employees/customers/vendors of policies and procedures for groups of transactions; and perform other clerical duties.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE |
- Wage Range: $26.68/hr. to $33.36/hr.
- Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 10% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
