Job Description:
The Sr Project Manager for Technology Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the organization. The Sr Project Manager will work collaboratively with various departments, including IT, finance, and business units, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will work cross-functionally to plan for and ensure the delivery of both the technology and business deliverables required to successfully complete projects. Position Responsibilities: *Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. *Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders. *Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. *Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. *Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality. *Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Ensure financial resources are used efficiently and effectively. *Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and present regular project status reports to upper management. *Skills* Project management, Program management, Agile, PMP, Smart sheets, Mainframe Projects, PMO, Building PMO *Top Skills Details* Project management, Program management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* ***Will be working directly with CIO so needs to be polished*** **Anyone who has built a PMO would be a huge plus*** *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
