Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as an Operations and Program Management Analyst for the Directed Energy Project Office. Primary responsibility will be in support of project office operations which include developing action response plans and processes; staff priorities; action tracking / taskings. Candidate will report directly to the project office chief of staff and be responsive to the chief's requirements in the project office. The candidate will also need to be able travel up to 15% of the time.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Active Secret Clearance
Required Experience:
- Experience working internal/external taskers
- Minimum 12 years of experience in program operations/management or DoD operations experience
- Experience developing information papers and decision briefings
- Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff
Desired Qualifications:
- Level II or higher certified in Program Management or System Engineering
- Active TS/SCI
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management
- Knowledge of DOD 5000 and JCIDS process and tailoring methodologies
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
