Overview
Plans and supervises activities in the department. Assigns work and coordinates activities to maintain efficient workflow. The team leader will perform direct patient activity at least 50 percent of the time. Performs other duties as assigned. May need to work overtime on more than an occasional basis.
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience One year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Special Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms. handling, fingering, feeling and stoop, kneel or crouch and see. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
