Business Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Mountain View, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Associate Manager in Mountain View, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

• Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients program/project specifications and objectives.
• Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
• Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements.
• Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
• Develop solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to the business, IT client, and development team.
• Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.
• Work with team members to leverage and adapt existing methods and procedures and create solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Configuring SAP system in Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP);
• Utilizing Agile or Waterfall project methodology;
• Analyzing SAP incidents and defects, and providing break-fix solutions; and
• Creating artifacts to support end-user training.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Managing SAP capabilities in MM or PP;
• Conducting fit gap analysis and designing solutions in SAP S/4HANA MM, or PP modules;
• Conducting functional analysis in the areas of Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Direct Procurement, or Inventory Planning, and providing solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA; and
• Providing SAP S/4HANA system demos in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, or Inventory Forecasting.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant tothe California Transparency Bill,the offered wage for thisroleis $194,792.00 per year.
