THE JOB:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy & Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making across our North American portfolio, with a focus on BetMGM, our premier online sports betting and iGaming affiliate. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who can bridge the gap between data, marketing strategy, and business insights, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience between our land-based and online gaming platforms.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Drive analytics strategy at the intersection of online and land-based marketing programs.

• Develop data models and insights to improve omnichannel strategy and customer engagement.

• Translate complex business questions into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and A/B test results to optimize marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and BetMGM stakeholders to enhance data-sharing and reporting capabilities.

• Manage projects, set team priorities, and support senior leadership with strategic recommendations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or a related field (sports betting or online gaming experience preferred).

• Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel, with a strong grasp of data visualization.

• Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, and customer insights.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to drive business performance through data and analytics.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and execute strategies effectively.
