Exercise Physiologist Job Responsibilities: 
 - Develops exercise prescription and risk factor modification by incorporating comorbidity and musculoskeletal disorders, per established program (ACCVPR, ACSM, ATS, ACC, NASM) standards and guidelines, as evidenced by random chart review.
 - Reviews Individual Treatment Plans.
 - Develops exercise and strength training programs, patient education and behavioral health support specific to each patient to achieve optimal outcomes for each patient.
 - Demonstrates proper instruction and technique for performing appropriate exercise and strength training as needed to ensure patient safety and adherence to exercise prescription, as evidenced by direct observation.
 - Immediately reports significant changes in patient clinical status to appropriate members of healthcare team and assists with emergency care according to department policy, as evidenced by direct observation.
 
 
Minimum Requirements: 
 - Education: Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
 - License: American College of Sports Medicine - Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM CEP) required upon start for Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab Programs OR American Association of Cardiovascular and pulmonary Rehabilitation - Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional (AACVPR CCRP) OR an equivalent advanced certification based on other hiring department
 - Experience: 
 - Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association within 6 months
