The Watts Sustainability Project Engineer will work closely with a team to deliver sustainability programs at Watts. The Sustainability Project Engineer will partner with the site and facility leaders; the broader Watts population; and the Executive team to deploy and execute those strategies across Watts. The Sustainability Project Engineer will be a hands-on role to directly engage sites. Performs all other duties as required. We are looking for a person who is motivated by working independently while travelling among our manufacturing Sites to execute Sustainability Projects. As Sustainability Project Engineer you will work together with our Sustainability Leadership Team to help our business leaders identify opportunities to reduce water, greenhouse gas emission and waste. The Sustainability Project Engineer will be a member of a corporate sustainability team supporting global initiatives; You will report to our Manager of Global Sustainability Programs. The nature of the work is broad and ranges from collecting and analyzing data; to project management; to communicating results; to engaging with our population and deploying Watts strategies. Our Sustainability Engineer position is an independent role that requires a highly motivated and independent individual. The role can be positioned out of any of our factories in the US.
