We're looking for an Executive Assistantto support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

Raft is seeking an Executive Assistant who is experienced, organized, and collaborative. We value teamwork and a proactive approach, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities while working alongside our Executive Leadership team. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn and understand new issues, and be able to shift focus from one task to another seamlessly.

What you'll do:



  • Manage Executive team's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize Executive team's time and evaluate their needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive calendar for the C-suite, including important meetings and events.
  • Assist Executive team with daily time management to meet organizational deadlines.
  • Coordinate personal tasks and organize events to enhance executives productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of documents and equipment.
  • Coordinate gift distribution for employee life events.
  • Implement procedures for sending e-gift cards, tracking spending, and managing employee life events.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Executive team in daily work routine.
  • Serve as a liaison between C-suite and CEO, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with C-suite staff to ensure efficient efforts within and outside the department.
  • Act as primary contact for C-suite office, arranging meetings with government entities.
  • Determine priorities for executive team's attention and delegate tasks to C-suite staff.
  • Keep Executive team informed of time-sensitive and high-priority issues, ensuring follow-up.
  • Perform diverse support duties, including handling printing, filing, and managing email.
  • Efficiently manage email and address directories.
  • Compose routine correspondence for executive team signature.
  • Schedule departmental meetings and prepare agendas and materials.
  • Submit expense reports for executive team and additional executives, as needed.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and safeguard confidential information.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Execute special projects, such as presentations, financial spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Provide additional support to other executives as needed.


What we are looking for:



  • Experience with scheduling tools (Microsoft Calendar, Outlook) and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to maintain front desk, greet guest and manage conference rooms.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality.


Highly Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


Work Type:



  • On-site - McLean, VA
  • May be required to travel up to 10%
