Circuit Analyst (Top Secret security clearance required)

We are seeking Circuit Analysts in support of a critical Law Enforcement customer in Huntsville, AL. The work will involve working on a large, complex and classified network infrastructure. An ACTIVE Top Secret clearance with an SCI, or the ability to obtain an SCI, is required. All work is done 100% onsite in Huntsville, AL at a secured facility.

The Circuit Analyst will analyze and recommend appropriate needs for circuit speed based on the amount of personnel located at federal facilities. This candidate would also work with the federal customer's team and telecommunication vendors to support data circuit ordering.

Responsibilities:

Manages and oversees all aspects of a data circuit order to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors to complete circuit orders.
• Prepares reports for management regarding status of existing circuits or circuit orders.
• Utilizes spreadsheets and other systems to track work, circuits, and circuit orders.
• Reviews and compiles data to respond to data calls from management and internal stakeholders.
• Resolves trouble tickets related to circuits.
• Provides circuit utilization and latency reports.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Huntsville, AL
• High School diploma and 2+ years of experience preferably in telecommunications
• Knowledge and experience with the telecommunications services from various vendors
• Experience with Enterprise-class systems
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
