Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years in Project Management at a technology company preferably, with experience managing multiple concurrent large software implementations or software builds
- Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited intuition or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Ability to develop and execute a successful project / program roadmap, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences including: technical, non-technical, and senior leadership
- Experience with P2P systems (Coupa, Oracle eBiz, and Concur) preferable
- Comfort and ability to join in-flight projects, ramping up on scope and progress, quickly creating relationships with stakeholders, and taking the reigns mid-flight if needed
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from planning through delivery, directing the project team, and influencing stakeholders
- Develop high-quality project management plans & work breakdowns, key milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain the project plan while regularly communicating status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders
- Prioritize, assign, and oversee the daily tasks and activities across project teams to accelerate the delivery of the most strategic work
- Drive & support areas of improvement within the project or program in partnership with stakeholders
- Direct and provide support, direction, and functional or technical expertise to the project team
- Use defined & existing project framework best practices, tools, and templates
- Coordinate and lead multi-stakeholder conversations to needed outcomes
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and escalate as appropriate when obstacles arise
- Present regular updates on project status to all levels of the organization (project team to leadership)
