Our Madison, WI location is seeking Wealth Advisory Investments Intern. This internship would be a 12-week Summer Internship rotating between 4 of the CLA investment teams learning a new area of Wealth Advisory!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investment Lab: Assist in developing investment strategy presentations for advisors to present to clients, leveraging CLA's proprietary analytics platform under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Investment Trading: Collaborate with Trading Associates and the Trading Director to monitor accounts for policy reviews, assist in allocation rebalancing, and support account setup.
  • Investment Operations: Work with the Director of Operations and the Billing & Reporting Director to address operational needs related to the investment platform. Facilitate investment account activities between vendors and CLA, review documents for accuracy, address billing rejections, and maintain client information in internal systems.
  • Internal Client Support: Partner with Wealth Advisors to deliver high-quality service to prospective and existing clients. Respond to service requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Professional Development: Expand industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, clients, regular self-study, and formal training opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
  • General knowledge of information technology concepts and application to client situations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
