McGraw Hill is the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions. The Sales Enablement Associate partners with sales team members to provide service, support, and resolve territory issues. Provides the sales team with assistance, including territory maintenance, ensuring data integrity, and scaling initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in identifying and solving customer issues with a focus on delivering effective, customer-centric solutions using superior problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Work independently to manage tasks efficiently, delivering results with speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail, ensuring that deadlines are met and all requirements are fulfilled.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and customers, ensuring that information is relayed accurately and concisely.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing customer demands, adapting solutions and approaches as needed.
  • Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data, while staying current on product landscape and services.

What you need to be considered:

  • Provide service and support to customer territories by managing account creation, supplying sample copies, granting access to instructor resources, handling pricing exceptions, and tracking data in CRM systems.
  • Act as an ambassador for both internal and external customers, partnering with sales team members to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to focus on activities that drive revenue growth and support business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to scale sales initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency across departments.
  • Assist in identifying and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall sales performance.

The pay range for this position is between$28,000 - $50,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
