BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Learning Business Analyst in Customer Operations, you'll analyze learning programs, courses and operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. You'll use your understanding of an organization's structure, policies, and learning programs to improve programs, general business processes and planning. You'll also manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. WHAT OUR LEARNING BUSINESS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
In this role you'll work individually and within a team in a dynamic office environment.
