The Senior Product Manager operates as the product leader for the RCM Re-Imagine initiative. The SPM will partner with the RCM Operations team and other RCM Product Leaders to analyze operating trends and data and identify key opportunities for product innovation/enhancements. The successful SPM has in depth knowledge of RCM technology and industry trends, determines product features and functions based on internal and external needs, and oversees product development liaising with cross functional teams including product management, development, design, operations, marketing, sales and the business. Prepares product documents and supports operations team with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Uses market and customer feedback to evaluate product functionality, establish deployment strategies, and drives present/future product direction. Accountable to the P&L including delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs. The Senior Product Manager may manage a team of product management professionals, providing guidance on product management best practices, coaching, mentoring, and training. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
