Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, a leader in Cancer Care, is seeking a Full Time Manager Revenue Cycle for our Administrative Office in Fairfax to support all Northern Virginia offices. GREAT BENEFITS INCLUDE: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, and 401(k). SCOPE: Manages the front office revenue cycle processes for multiple sites within a practice. Provide a central resource for front office processes, such as intake, insurance verification, copay collection and charge entry. Work with offices to ensure compliance with USON and AOR operating procedures. Coordinates with office managers and front office coordinators to ensure optimal revenue cycle processes and adherence to USON policies and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of five years of medical office and health plans experience. Knowledge of IDX, iKnowMed and oncology billing preferred. Leadership skills preferred.
