Join a supportive and driven team where your contributions make a real impact and be part of a growing company with exciting opportunities ahead. Monday - Friday, 8-10-hour days | $20 - $22 per hour. Requirements | Four years of related experience, detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with good hand-eye coordination and a strong knowledge of design, mathematics, mechanics, processing, and production. Open to new grads from a trade-school with relevant course experience. Must have CNC experience. Essential Tasks: Program CNC machines using blueprints and sketches to cut, shape, drill, and finish materials, selecting the appropriate tools and materials for each job. Ensure product quality by monitoring machine speed and inspecting for defects, while performing preventive maintenance and calibrations. Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate production and quality logs to support smooth shift transitions. Employee Benefits:
