Responsibilities

  • Write, develop, and implement communication and engagement strategies including content, comms, employee engagement, partnerships, events, - reporting to Director, Equality and Engagement Comms
  • Create and support executive-level narrative, comms, and presentations to amplify our culture through storytelling
  • Develop and ensure consistent messaging across Equality and Engagement team communications internal and external channels
  • Build internal and external engagement around culture, equality, and engagement through events, experiences, partnerships, and comms.
  • Cultivate relationships with cross functional teams including Marketing, PR, Employee Success, Data Analytics, Sales, Philanthropy, Equality Groups, and more
  • Leverage data-driven storytelling to drive impact through content and communication
  • Develop messaging that reflects Salesforce's values and commitment to equality.
  • Track and analyze engagement and content metrics, including reach and sentiment, to assess effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of inclusive and internal communications, employee engagement, and/or PR experience
  • Inspiring, detailed, and quick writer with the ability to adapt to corporate and executive voice
  • Strong attention to detail and copy-editing prowess
  • Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Comfortable navigating highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with presentation design and social media a plus
  • Ability to quickly process and synthesize data to support impactful storytelling
  • Global and multicultural comms experience

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
