Volkswagen Group of America's 10 - week Summer Internship Program targets undergraduate students entering their Junior or Senior years who are eager to acquire practical, real-world experience in the automotive industry. Program Information:

Role Summary:

The Procurement Contracts Intern will assist with the review and organization of procurement contracts. They will aid in the creation of a library of contracts including analysis of main contractual terms.

Role Responsibilities:



  • 10-week Summer Internship Start Date (non-negotiable): June 2, 2025
  • Program Duration: June 2, 2024 - August 8, 2025

Role Responsibilities:



  • Support the Manager of Procurement Projects with basic procurement tasks
  • Assist with the review and organization of procurement contracts
  • Provide support for the creation of a library of contracts

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • High School diploma/GED
  • Rising Junior, Senior or recent college graduate



Skills:



  • Basic knowledge of legal contractual language
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience
  • Analytical and high attention to detail
  • Interest of automation on standard processes
  • Basic experience with AI tools desired
